Presidio anonymization before every cloud call
Microsoft Presidio detects personal data before anything leaves the EU. Cloud LLMs only see tokens like [PERSON_1]. Re-identification happens locally. If Presidio fails, processing aborts loudly — never a silent fallback to cleartext.
Schema per tenant
Each tenant gets its own PostgreSQL schema. Cross-tenant access is technically impossible.
Row-level security
Additional PostgreSQL RLS policies per customer within the tenant schema. Double isolation.
GDPR Art. 17 — one-click erasure
Delete a tenant = schema gone + all MinIO objects gone + all backups gone. Atomic. No partial delete.
