How does Project-Pass work?
You buy active project slots instead of seats for every external contributor. Pilot is limited to one project and 9 months; from Starter upward, magic-link contributors are unlimited.
Why not just show the prices and be done?
Because PM offices carry very different project loads. A clear Project-Pass makes cost per active project comparable and avoids per-seat surprises.
Are there annual discounts or non-profit pricing?
Yes. Annual billing effectively includes two months of value: Starter EUR 2,490/year, Studio EUR 5,990/year, Operations EUR 14,900/year and Enterprise EUR 29,900/year.
Can a Pro customer run multiple companies (tenants) under one account?
One Project-Pass applies per tenant. You can keep customers separate inside the tenant; active projects count tenant-wide against the tier limit.
Can MAXI handle plan changes or cancellation for me?
MAXI prepares both: the right checkout link or the cancellation request effective at period end, on request. Nothing executes before your approval click — and payment happens exclusively in the secured Mollie checkout. Money always stays a human decision.
